Sheermal Bread

Sheermal is a famous Mughlai bread, popular in the Indian subcontinent. With its sweet flavour and saffron-golden colour, sheermal roti is a delicacy served with kababs. Traditionally made in a tandoor, the sheermal derives its taste from the flour kneaded with milk, ghee and sugar.
