Do Goshta pulao is a yakhni pulao with two kinds of meat––mutton and chicken. It was innovated in the royal kitchens of Rampur. The mutton pieces are cooked with spices to make the yakhni stock. Chicken meatballs are prepared from mince and fried. They are added into the pulao at the time of the final dum. It is a rare Rampuri delicacy available on order.
