Nargisi Paneer

Nargisi denotes the narcissus flower. The paneer balls are prepared like boiled eggs with yolk and white fashioned out of paneer paste. These paneer ‘eggs’ are cooked in a curry and cut lengthwise to resemble a Nargis flower.
